Who is Ms. Dahlia?
Ms.Dahlia was a southern woman, born in the turn of the century. A woman of refined tastes and sensibilities. She loved a good story and a dirty joke even better. She migrated from the South and along the way, she picked up a few flavors and friends. She settled in Brooklyn in the twenties and set up a "Salon" out of her home. Ms. Dahlia loved to entertain family, friends and anyone interested in good company and tasty cuisine. Folks knew when to roll by and often brought a recipe or a dish for her to try out - knowing her penchant for fresh, delicious food.
